All shipments from Ath Ayurdhamah are carefully checked before getting dispatched. However, if due to some unforeseen circumstances you are not happy with what you receive then the following terms will apply and accepted by you as mutually agreed resolution of the issue.

    * Ath Ayurdhamah accepts returned products only if they are either defective or reach the buyer in a damaged condition.

    * We accept return requests within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. You should inform our customer services team and report the problem accordingly.

    * Once you contact our customer service to report the issue and the customer services executive will provide you the address where the product needs to be returned.

    * Put the product in a secure package and send it to us via a reliable courier or mail along with a note detailing the reasons. Upon receiving your courier/mail, we will promptly send back fresh items at your address. We must receive the product within 7 days of you having contacted us.

Refund Policy

Ath Ayurdhamah makes every effort to ship your order within 48 hours of you placing the order but if due to any unavoidable circumstances the order can not be shipped, we will process full refund of the order including the shipping costs.

The order may be cancelled before shipment due to any of the following reasons;

 

    - The specific product is out of Stock

    - The order could not be shipped within the specified timeline and customer requests for cancellation.

    - The shipping address is not serviceable.

    - Any other reason beyond the control of Ath Ayurdhamah.

    - On customer request if the product has not been shipped yet.

We will initiate the refund after cancellation has been completed. Refund will be processed based on the original mode of payment for the order in question. Refunds processed through Credit card / Debit card will reflect in the next Credit Card/ Bank statement.
