2 Capsules - Thrice a day with warm water

*In case of acute condition, please add the following generic Ayurvedic medicines (not included in the pack but are available from medical stores):

1. Khadira Risht (4 tea-spoon with equal quantity of water – after lunch and dinner)

2. Arogya Vardhini vati (2 tabs each after lunch and dinner)

Ingredients:

Each capsule contains water extract from Manjistha, Lodhra, Haridra, Amaltas, Bakuchi, Kutki, Neem, Guduchi, Vidang, Chirayta, Nagarmotha, Arjuna, Gandhak Rasayan, Ras Manikya, Praval Pisthi.

1.	Remove any makeup properly
2.	Drink plenty of water
3.	In case of facial acne – 5 ml of Gulab jal with 2-4 drops of lemon juice – apply on the face – rub it for a minute and wash
4.	Use herbal scrubber on weekly basis
5.	Morning walk, chanting of ‘Om’ & practice of Pranayam

1.	Sour food items like pickle, tamarind rich food
2.	Citrus fruits, curd, spicy-fried-junk or preserved food
3.	Makeups with chemicals/allergens
4.	Any food that tends to form gas in stomach e.g. Rajma, Chana, Urad etc.
5.	Constipation
