1.	A cup of warm water at least twice a day
2.	Morning walk, Meditation, Pranayam
3.	Badam oil or Ghee in nostrils at bed time
4.	Massage soul for 2-4 minutes with Badam or
	Sesame Oil at bed time

1.	Anything that tends to form gas in stomach (vata prakopak)
	i.e. difficult to digest – Rajma, Chana, Urad etc.
2.	Noise and bright light
3.	Target oriented work
4.	Exertion & Staying awake at night
5.	Undue stress

Are these products properly tested and proven to work?
