Each capsule contains water extract from Nirgundi, Ashwagandha, Erand, Shallaki, Rasna, Punarnava, Dev Daru, Shunthi, Marich, Ajwain, Bala, Karchur, Shatavari, Guduchi, Pippali, Vacha, Atis, Amaltas, Dhanyak, Haritaki, Chavya, Nagarmotha, Saunf, Vidhara, Shudh gugglu.

Do’s and Don’ts:
Do’s
1. Frequent application of oil on effected joint (Maha-vishgarbh)
2. Light food to reduce weight in case of obesity
3. Trikatu pdr or ajwain (qtr tsp – twice a day with warm water)
4. In case of prominent swelling, dashmularisht may be added -
  to the medicine – 4 tsp+ equal qty of water – after main meals
   
 
Avoid
1. Any food that tends to increase body weight -
  sweets, rice, ice cream, cold drinks, junk/fried food etc.
2. Any food that tends to form gas in stomach
  e.g. Rajma, Chana, Urad
3. Any exertion or exercises straining the effected joints -
  avoid skipping/jumping/stairs/treadmill with week knees
